Operations Development Program
This rotational program provides a diverse range of opportunities for hands-on experience in processing operations, offering in-depth knowledge of manufacturing plants and equipment.
As an Operations Assistant, you will gain in-depth plant and equipment experience in our hands-on operational environments across agribusiness, oilseed processing, and oat milling business divisions. You will have the exciting opportunity to work at multiple locations and will relocate – at least once – during the program.

Responsibilities

Work with operations teams to meet targets for safety, quality, and production

Perform routine operations processes and work hands-on with equipment

Learn about food safety and the requirements for production

Develop effective working relationships with a diverse group of peers and managers
