Operations Development Program
This program provides a diverse range of opportunities for hands-on experience in processing operations, offering in-depth knowledge of manufacturing plants and equipment.
As an Operations Assistant, you will gain in-depth plant and equipment experience in our hands-on operational environments across agribusiness, oilseed processing, and oat milling business divisions. You will have the exciting opportunity to work at multiple locations and learn about the various business divisions during the program.
The ideal candidate will have:

An interest in manufacturing, food processing and grain handling

Responsibilities

Work with operations teams to meet targets for safety, quality, and production

Perform routine operations processes and work hands-on with equipment

Learn about food safety and the requirements for production
